End of an Era, Start of a New One for Let There Be Rock.

We are sad to announce that our last Let There Be Rock show was aired on 96.7 Phoenix FM on Monday 26th March. The decision to pull the show has not been one we’ve taken lightly. After months of debating over what would be best suited to our own level of commitment, availability and standards we have come to the conclusion that it is no longer viable to achieve this at the station.

As a result the show will continue as a Mixcloud based show only for the time being, with plans to extend podcast availability and possible radio syndication sometime in the future.

We’d like to thank all our listeners for their support and listening ears over the duration of the show’s broadcast on Phoenix FM, and would especially like to thank our colleagues past and present from the station who have made the past 7 years of putting together this show an absolute blast. In particular our fellow rock and metal colleagues Mike, Gary, James, Jamie and Emma.

We look forward to taking the show to a new chapter and hope to continue to provide you with quality music (and no doubt a questionable rock cover or two ;-) ) along the way.

Many thanks for your support, and as the late, great Freddie Mercury once sang "the show must go on"... 🤘
